1. My word for this year is “step.” Everything is about the next step!
2. Funny you talk about distraction because that’s what I struggle with the most.
3. I feel like my gift is encouraging others. Yes I can paint. Yes I can teach.Those are gifts too, but it amazes me how God leads a conversation with someone. Maybe I’m an over optimistic person or maybe I just want people to feel good about what they do. Lately, I’ve had more conversations with people who say they can’t draw a stick figure. And let them know the beauty of painting is the forgiveness of it unlike drawing and the freedom of painting.
Carlita, That is so awesome about being an encourager! I think it’s so important when you can notice how God is leading a conversation or helping someone with their art!
