Wow! Paint Party Business LIVE 2025 was one for the books! Over 250 creatives set sail on Royal Caribbean’s Utopia of the Seas for an unforgettable four-day cruise to the Bahamas. Paint Party Headquarters (PPHQ) members and their families got to meet in person, reconnect, and spend quality time together while sharing ideas and learning from one another.
Creativity, Connection, and Cruising!
The adventure kicked off with excitement as we set sail, knowing we had days ahead filled with inspiration, laughter, and of course, painting! While we had some great learning opportunities, the real magic was in the connections made. This trip was all about networking, forming friendships, and having a blast with like-minded creatives.
We soaked in stunning ocean views, chatted about our creative dreams, and shared business tips in the most relaxed setting possible. Whether laughing over meals, brainstorming during poolside chats, or bonding over dance-offs, this trip was a reminder that relationships are at the heart of everything we do in PPHQ.
In Nassau, we explored the vibrant culture, walked the beaches, and found artistic inspiration among the colorful streets. And Coco Cay? Absolutely magical! Between the crystal-clear waters, thrilling excursions, and delicious food, it was the ultimate creative getaway.
Breakout Sessions & Business Growth
Between our island stops, we had insightful sessions focused on growing our businesses in 2025. We dove into ways to increase paint party bookings, master social media, price events for profit, and teach confidently. The learning was valuable, but what made it special was the relaxed atmosphere. We weren’t stuck in a conference room all day—we talked business while lounging on deck chairs, brainstorming over dinner, and sharing tips between karaoke performances!
Oh, and let’s not forget… the trip was also a tax write-off! A business trip that lets you learn, connect, and relax? Sign us up every time!
Painted Prom: A Night to Remember!
One of the most anticipated nights of the cruise was Painted Prom, and for the third year in a row, it did not disappoint! This year’s theme was Pirates and Mermaids, and everyone took their costumes to the next level. The creativity was incredible, with so many hand-made outfits showcasing the artistic spirit of our group.
Meeting in the Royal Promenade was a highlight! For a whole hour, all eyes were on our Paint Party Headquarters crew as we celebrated in style, showing off our incredible outfits and soaking in the energy of the night. This tradition just keeps getting better every year!
So Many Unforgettable Moments!
One of my favorite things about the cruise? The connections made. Seeing friendships blossom, creative partnerships form, and the overwhelming support between each and every person—truly priceless! The shared sunsets on deck, deep conversations over dinner, and our Prayer & Gratitude time on the last morning made it all even more special. Watching the sunrise together, sharing a devotion, praying as a group, and even singing worship songs created a truly unforgettable moment of connection and gratitude.
And can we take a moment to appreciate whoever wrote PPHQ in the sand? That absolutely melted my heart! If that was YOU, know that I am so incredibly grateful!
